Attack of the Clones (2002) and Revenge of the Sith (2005) ?
I love the Clone Wars television series (2008) but it kind of feels like they've had an impressive amount of huge adventures in a span of only three space years.

No. If anything, I wish they had spent more time together in the PT.

I would not say so, they were actually not in that many episodes. The Clone Wars is an ensemble piece with of a lot of lead characters, and having support- or fresh characters sometimes in the lead.
That being said. 6 seasons of canon adventures is still a stretch. But I invoke dramatic license.

No, but a lot of the adventures were dumb. Anything involving Maul is stupid, because he was killed in TPM. They brought him back to life with a half-assed excuse that was lame.
Also, it's clear to anyone that the encounter Obi-Wan and Anakin have with Dooku in ROTS was intended to be the first encounter they'd had since AOTC, and the TV show shit all over that. That was just idiotic.
The show is not all bad, and even approaches greatness at some points. But, it just sucks that they couldn't restrain themselves in the above mentioned areas to keep the lore consistent and not stupid.

Well they couldn't keep the continuity straight ever in the films so why bother starting to in Clone Wars? I mean even in ANH the continuity and lore makes no sense onto itself, how is the Force, the Jedi & the Sith fallen into myth when less than 20 years ago they were the peace keepers of the galaxy? let alone as abundant and flourishing as the PT made them out to be?
I don't recall exactly when in Clone Wars Anakin and Dooku last faced of due to how the timeline of the show is a bit off, but really does say them meeting 1 year prior to their final battle really alter the meaning of their conversation dilute Anakins boast about how much stronger he has gotten? 3 years is a short time anyway, so shortening it to 1 year is hardly breaking the continuity any.

I mean even in ANH the continuity and lore makes no sense onto itself, how is the Force, the Jedi & the Sith fallen into myth when less than 20 years ago they were the peace keepers of the galaxy? Well, the Sith were never an issue in ANH. As far as just the OT movies are concerned, Sith weren't even a thing as they aren't mentioned at all. Plus, the Jedi aren't really "mythical" in ANH. The characters all acknowledge the fact that Jedi indeed existed. I always took it as the Jedi were always just a very small part of the galaxy, and your average citizen would likely never even encounter one. After the purge, the Empire convinced most of the galaxy that the Jedi were traitors and charletons. This explains why Han Solo believes Jedi existed, but thinks it was all a bunch of "tricks and nonsense"....
