The computer geek mastermind in DIE HARD 4. Also the bald generic Middle Eastern bad guy in Iron Man (he was also in Ridley Scott's Robin Hood).

The villain in Die Hard 4 is part of the reason I disklike that movie. Timothy Olyphant is the name of the actor and he's much better as a good guy than a bad guy ie. Justified. The actor from Iron Man isn't in Ridley Scott's Robin Hood btw.

Robin Williams in Insomnia. Ben Kingsley in Iron Man 3. Robin Williams in Insomnia.I am going to pretend I didn't hear that. Williams gives one of the most menacing and quietly intimidating performance of the last 20 years in Insomnia.

The computer geek mastermind in DIE HARD 4. Also the bald generic Middle Eastern bad guy in Iron Man (he was also in Ridley Scott's Robin Hood). Sorry but they are two different guys. Faran Tahir was in Iron Man while Mark Strong was in Ridley Scott's Robin Hood. The best thing about that movie for that matter.

Oscar Isaac is the best thing about Robin Hood imo. I dislike Mark Strong in villain roles.

I'm betting no one will know this, but I saw this movie when I was maybe 4 yrs. old, and I still have nightmares from its sheer stupidity... The bear from The Wilderness Family 2. (Yes, they made a sequel to a movie called The Wilderness Family--and, let me tell ya, it's just as bad as it sounds. And they made not only one sequel, but TWO! Unbelievable. I mourn for the human race if we have reached this point.) That bear is the least threatening "villain" known to man--a teddy bear would be more menacing. If anyone here has had to subject him- or herself to this torture--you know what I'm talking about! If not, to quote Lemony Snicket, you can't possibly imagine.

Sorry movieman, I know my opinion is not popular, I tried and I tried to like Williams as Walter Finch, but I can´t. Maybe it´s me, I don´t like subtle villains at all. I don´t find him creepy enough.

I don´t find him creepy enough. He's not suppose to be flat out creepy imo. One can be very menacing without being creepy. If he was too creepy it would have taken away from the realistic feel of the film. I am not usually a big fan of villains who are overtly creepy unless I am watching a horror movie. I am just giving you are hard time really and we can't help what type of things we prefer. Who are the type of villains you like?

Let off some steam Bennett. (Commando) I actually felt for this actor because he was to be the villain for Arnold in his Arnold-iest. I guess chain mail goes a long way.
