I'd lose my mind naming every movie shot where I live, so I'll go more obscure: my hometown in San Diego. Apparently Top Gun was shot there, as were Bring It On and Some Like It Hot. Paranormal Activity is another. There's Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, which actually featured someone my grandma dated for a long time.
Not shot there were Anchorman and The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Always thought those "San Diego" scenes in the latter were weird as a kid. Besides a T Rex walking around.

Because I'm paranoid with giving out too much personal info, I won't say which movie, but a Zac Efron movie shot in my town a few years back. I remember a burger joint posted a picture of him eating there. (The place went out of business not long after, which was a shame because they had great burgers.) A scene in a movie called "Normal Life", starring Ashley Judd and Luke Perry, was filmed at an apartment complex where I actually lived for awhile in my teen years. While it was filmed a couple years BEFORE I lived there, it was still interesting to learn.

Part of The Exorcist were filmed at my college.
Parts of When Harry Met Sally, With Honors, and a few other films were made where I went to grad school.
Parts of No Country For Old Men were filmed near where I lived in New Mexico.
