I thought that it was going to get bigger and bigger because of human wickedness and that we would all die horribly as a result, but apparently that is not going to be the case.

The ozone layer may be getting smaller but atmospheric pollution is getting worse , which is affecting weather patterns worldwide .

It transformed into the hole in liberal logic Liberal regulated hydrochlorofluorocarbons to be replaced by hydrofluorocarbons which break up in the atmosphere causing less damage to the ozone layer. So, humans can effectively remedy climate damage if we put our shoulders to the wheel. Not that you care. You’d rather be ignorant. But tell me, is being made to feel small by us Libs is what’s really fueling your support for the Revenger-in-Chief?

I wonder if that had anything to do with it.

As long as DiCaprio can fly in his private jet to different places to lecture us about the climate, I'm perfectly fine with whatever the size of the ozone hole happens to be.

Just another liberal lie coming to light. Another scientifically illiterate fuckwit conservative missing the point and making a fool of himself in a public space.

At the very last moment, liberals swooped in and saved humanity.
Then they saved our healthcare.
Now they want to save our economy.
God bless them, every one.

We fixed it. Amazing the progress that can happen when people listen to scientists.

It has been repairing itself. Just as the media don't plug the hole in the ozone anymore, it has become all over climate change. That will fix itself too, well, when breeders stop over-populating. Liberals and Greta will take the credit here as well.

What happened to the hole in the ozone? I like to think a rather phallic shaped space shuttle flew into it and got stuck halfway, then tried to reverse but could not get out, so tried to go forward, then reverse again, then forward....it did this until it finally breaks free and when it does, the shuttle spurts engine fuel from the front right into the hole due to technical issues caused by the attempts to free itself from the hole......
and then a space god is born...

Liberals and Greta will take the credit here as well. The thing is that the hole didn't repair itself. It's actually due to fact that the Montreal protocol was signed and adopted by pretty much every nation on the planet. Products that caused ozone depletion were banned and surprise, there was recovery. There is a reason why the Montreal protocol is considered the most successful international environmental agreement ever made and that's why people are calling for similar actions to tackle climate change.

Montreal protocol? is that anything like the Vancouver manoeuvre?

I was being semi-sarcastic, but were we just informed there was recovery and then it was accepted? I live in the part of the world where the hole was apparently the most depleted, I don't think much difference has been made before the awareness of it, or after the fact, especially regarding UV rays.
