Yes, and yes sometimes. Cartoons are not just for children (like Aladdin, B&B The Lion King etc.) in my opinion.

Most modern animation is geared towards the adult market… Yes, and I especially enjoy the ones from the 1990´s. Although Frozen and Tangled etc. are quite interesting as well.

Well, each to his/her own, but it is always good to keep some childishness to you through out your whole lifetime and follow your own taste. The scene in Finding Neverland (2004) when Johnny Depp´s character J.M. Barrie goes through a door comes to mind. He is not just walking into his room, he goes into his imagination. His wife does the same, but she just goes into an ordinary room. This sums up cartoons quite well- the stories are wonderful and full of wisdom and intricate details.

I will never tire of the classic Looney Tunes... If you don't think that's funny, it isn't because you aren't a kid anymore.

I just watched Minions and Sing last week. Animation is just another art forms or genre to enjoy. What would be the cut off age anyway?

Absolutely, though I tend to watch older styles of animation by choice. My favourites are Bill Melendez' films of 'Peanuts' and all the cartoons made by Inkling Films / Fleischer Studios. I've always enjoyed a good Looney Tunes cartoon and Hanna-Barbera made some zingers.

The change was merely effortless. At a party I heard my ex husbands mother say I had grown up finally.

Feologild Oakes, aren't you the one who posted this great quotation? So, then, yes, as I agree with Lewis here, so I am unashamed to watch particularly good cartoons. That criterion--their quality--is my criterion, not how grown-up or not I may appear. Oh, and by the way, there's no real need to interact with "Curly-Hair." london777 called her our "resident zen poet," and that's a good, if possibly euphemistic, way to describe this--er--particular situation.
