Well... (sigh)... if you’re taking the mythos of this trilogy seriously I would say no. Because according to it’s mythos, Rey is supposed to fulfill what Vader/Anakin didn’t. In other words, at the end of ROTJ Vader kills Palpatine then dies. This is the end of Sith. And this brings balance to the Force and fulfills the prophecy of the Chosen One. But in TROS Palpatine is still “existing”, so the Sith are not vanquished. But Rey ultimately kills Palps and ends the Sith for good. So the Force is henceforth brought into balance. So if you bring the Sith back in episode X then it once again cancels out the fulfillment of the prophecy. I suppose you could get around that by creating a new Darkside faction (and some fans thought that was what was being done with Snoke since Abrams made it clear he was not a Sith after the release of TFA). But they screwed that up. And (IMHO) this trilogy has shot enough holes in the mythos of the overall saga to turn the mythos into Swiss cheese. So... what the heck! Why take any of it seriously anymore? Why not bring back the Sith on a revenge tour in episode X?

How about "Star Wars Episode X: The Sith Unionize"?
Under their charismatic new leader Darth Wałęsa, the Sith abandon their expansionist limiting "Rule of Two" ideology to go with a new all Sith are equal policy. With their burgeoning membership, their takeover of the Galaxy seems inevitable.
Can anybody stop them THIS time?
