Only two stand out... 1)Gladiator (2000) - 8/10 2)The Departed (2006) - 7.5-8/10 Prime etc.It's comfortably my #1 decade for movies OVERALL straight up (the 1990's to date blows away all previous decades combined overall for movies in general). but if you mean strictly in terms of Best Picture Winners... those tend to be so-so in general overall simply because looking at ALL years, not many have Winners worth mentioning. |
