Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Midsommar are both long movies that justify their runtimes. Very different, obviously, but neither has left my brain since I've seen them.

I saw Jackpot (1960) on Talking Pictures TV yesterday. A British B&W B-movie starring William Hartnell and Eddie Byrne. Not the best but I enjoyed the ending as it was set in Highbury during and immediately after an Arsenal match.

Guilty pleasure - Final Score(18) should be called Die Hard at Upton Park, you get to see Tony Cottee and Matthew Lorenzo shot in the head
2 best ones I saw over the weekend was A Star is Born(18) and The Girl in the Spider's Web(18) which kicked ass, really impressed with the action and future tech/hacking in this one

Dunkirk was pretty good. Jumped between the different battle scenes a bit too quickly though. And it seems the Luftwaffe and RAF had a total of ten planes between them.
I’ve gone all No Deal Brexit after watching it!

Dunkirk was pretty good. Jumped between the different battle scenes a bit too quickly though. And it seems the Luftwaffe and RAF had a total of ten planes between them. I’ve gone all No Deal Brexit after watching it! You've always been no deal brexshit, ya wee tadger 😒 I hope you're happy... Scotland is going independent, and the occupied 6 counties are getting liberated. You can have all the prods in Scotland, they won't stay in United Ireland after liberation. |
