WB is changing the title of "Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of one Harley Quinn" to "Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey"
Thinking if the Marquees say Harley Quinn, it will draw in more audiences.

Desperation. Doubt it will make much difference at this point. Since the ad campaign is 98% Harley Quinn and 2% the Birds of Prey characters, anyone who cares already knows who the featured character is. And apparently people just aren't interested.
