I know that it won't happen but if they actually decided to make a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy with New People in charge of it (like Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni from "THE MANDALORIAN") and at the same time, they also decided to bring back all of the New Characters from Episodes 7, 8, and 9 that were still alive then which 3 of them would you yourself like to see return the most ?

Rey, Finn and Poe aren't even one tenth as iconic as Luke, Han Solo and Princess Leia.
I would be perfectly happy if no more Star Wars movies are made, although I will certainly watch new movies on IMAX if and when they come out. My preference would be for entirely new characters though. And no JJ Abrams. Above all, no JJ Abrams.

I myself don't blame JJ Abrams at all.
I consider the Top 3 BIGGEST Problems with "STAR WARS" right now to be Kathleen Kennedy, Rian Johnson, and The Fandom Menace.
Kathleen Kennedy for her gross incompetence running the franchise.
Rian Johnson for "The Last Jedi" and for attacking, insulting, and disrespecting the people who hated the movie just because they hated it.
The Fandom Menace for (and I do realize that not all of them did this) escalating the negativity by attacking, insulting, and disrespecting the cast (who did not deserve it since all they did in the trilogy was just they're jobs), the crew (who did not deserve it since all they did in the trilogy was just they're jobs), and even worse....attacking, insulting, and disrespecting the fans that actually liked the Sequel Trilogy just because they liked it, praised it, and defended it. The Fandom Menace has every right in the world to attack Kathleen Kennedy, Rian Johnson, and JJ Abrams (I myself don't blame him at all, I think Johnson put him in an impossible situation with "Episode 9") but they should have just kept the negativity with the 3 of them and the Movies themselves and nobody else (not the cast, not the crew, not the fans that liked it).
That all being said....
1. Kathleen Kennedy should either be Fired or not have her contract renewed next year and then be replaced by Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni.
2. Rian Johnson's "STAR WARS" Trilogy should be canceled if it hasn't been already.
3. If a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy is ever made (which I know is unlikely) then since the main point of a Sequel Trilogy is to move the story forward, they should do that and at the same time, just simply leave The Fandom Menace behind. Let them know that The Fandom Menace is not done with "STAR WARS", "STAR WARS" is done with The Fandom Menace. Just leave them behind.
