Throughout the majority of my school years, I had learned Spanish. I did learned briefly a few Japanese and Chinese words in 2nd grade and 7th grade, respectively.

French is an official language of Canada. I learned no foreign language. That's BARELY French, what they speak up there. But. Okay.

This is a poorly worded question that in 3 years of Spanish class makes the assumption that I actually learned something. Me and foreign languages sadly don't mix. Wish I was good at it though. No habla espanol.

No habla espanol. Well, you'd better learn because everyone coming here expects you to cater them, unlike... every generation of immigrants before them, who did the opposite. But, that's another topic for another thread.

Employers tend to be more in favor with bilingual candidates.

I took German in classes in Jr High for 3 years. Of course, today I have no knowledge of the language. Or any interest in it at all.
