The really new ones I leave off, as well as the really poor ones (Never Say Never, World is not Enough, View to a Kill). Like the really new ones, you got to admit they are just too dull and plodding, but good to help you get to sleep.
The pathetic song and score of View to a Kill is enough not to include it, of course. Not only the worst 007 song, but the worst thing Duran Duran ever did. Proof again that male artists need inspiration, not a contract, for good results. But how do you write a decent song for a title as stupid as "A View to a Kill"?
They're not in perfect chronological order, and I may have missed a few. I missed Goldeneye, but that's not a very impressive Bond film, save for a slightly humorous end with the nerd. Write in if you think it should have been included.
I include the comic version of Casino Royale just for variety. I don't expect it to get votes, but who knows. I even thought about including Austin Powers, just to balance it out and give more choices. Tell me if you think that should have been included.
I had six favorites, but had to leave out one, so I left out YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE. It had beautiful scenery and exotic locales, high adventure, hot babes, everything a Bond film should have. I just felt five others outdid it.
The new ones are just too big of snoozefests to compare with the golden age Bond films. No one cares about them save for the geeks.
No offense.

I've probably seen fewer than 7 Bond films total, 'cause the only one I have ever liked was For Your Eyes Only. All the rest are either silly or boring. Just not my cup of tea, I guess.

Well my Top 5 would include at least one of those "snoozefests" - bit pointless voting if you've already decided for everyone what are good and what are not.

Where is GoldenEye?
I am not even a Bond fan and I prefer the half of the new Bond films. I think they are far more entertaining than the older Bond films, save Thunderball.
From Russia with Love and Goldfinger are the true snoozefests.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but Casino Royale and Skyfall are probably the two most acclaimed Bond film in general after Goldfinger and From Russia with Love.

You're the one in a bubble, if you think just cause the recent ones get recent reviews that means they're acclaimed by anyone but the dorks who just follow anything new.
You're a true bubble boy. No offense.
