An actress who's puplicisted private life has somehow over shadowed he actual acting career, that earner her two Oscar awards.
From hugging Lassie to hugging Fred Flinstone there offcouese has to be some great and good movies in between, and she had two Oscars to prove it.

I always forget she's gone. I guess because I grew up with her in the public eye and she was such a character. And I just feel like she's still here with us. I'm lucky in that I've seen quite a lot of her movies, have a few favourites on dvd. I just think she was terrific.
