I used to sleep on my stomach until I hurt my neck, now I sleep on my side Yes, that' s My situation as well! I had to buy a special pillow which prevents you from sleeping on your stomach as well. Painful buseiness and I wish that I had known This ten years ago. I stopped sleeping with a pillow years ago

It is very hard to change your sleep patterns. I think it is easier to change the hours you sleep than the positions you sleep in

How do you prefer to sleep, on your back, on your side, or on your stomach? Do you prefer a small or a big pillow? I am currently trying to get used to sleeping on my back or on my side, but it is not easy. i found it easier to sleep on my back when i needed to, if i elevated my feet. i even put a suitcase under one end of the mattress at one point. i gradually got used to sleeping on my side by putting a pillow behind my back. when i was younger i slept on my stomach, which was not good for my back. anyone really, it puts strain on the lower spine. sometimes more curvature.

During sleep I switch between my left-side and my right-side. And I use two medium pillows.

Trying to sleep on my stomach is uncomfortable (can't do it) and while comfortable I also can't seem to fall asleep while on my back. However, I can lie down on my back in bed and listen to music (or watch tv shows or films) with headphones on or from speakers.

Sleeping on my back is the most comfortable for me although I sometimes sleep on my side. I NEVER sleep on my stomach. I actually don't know how anyone could do that. It's so uncomfortable.

Side, pretty much always.
I can see some people sleeping on their back I guess, but to me it doesn't feel right for some reason. Like it doesn't feel as safe or something.
On your stomach is an option? What the hell? Is that actually even possible?

On your stomach is an option? What the hell? Is that actually even possible? Yes unfortunately it is, but it is a bad bad option and I am trying to quit it, but I am still finding it problematic!
