The Los Angeles Galaxy play today. The only place you can see it? On the Mexican Univision station. Chicharito's influence?

The Los Angeles Galaxy play today. The only place you can see it? On the Mexican Univision station. Chicharito's influence? Yes, at Houston. Spanish commentary maybe but surely free to view. It must kick off about noon your time, and it's still nearly three hours away on GMT (8.30pm) You're an early bird alright. He must do well this season, you would think, unless he goes in like Bertie Big Bollix thinking he has a given right to goals. Robbie Keane was sensational to watch in MLS, a real worker and hitman.

I thought Inter Miami were going to be a second tier club.

I thought Inter Miami were going to be a second tier club. That would be USL, but the Miami Beckham United Group didn't fancy it much. And the USL wouldn't agree to Mrs Beckham wanting the club to be called Miami Posh for fear of a lawsuit from the Miami Posh online boutique based in South Florida whose owner then threatened the United States Soccer Federation with a lawsuit if they allowed a team to compete in any of its leagues with the words Miami Posh in its name...So Mrs Beckham said to David "'Ang on, what about calling the team Posh Miami then?", bless her, but she then remembered buying her favourite handbag in Milan and that's how they became Inter Miami.

Montreal 20-1? Someone must believe that Thierry Henry will be a great manager. Vancouver 150-1 behind the 2 new expansion teams. Are things really that bad out west?
PS: Montreal win their first game 2-1.

It's smashing. My bookie allows me to watch the games live and free and only a 10 second delay. This Dallas/Philly game has been tough to call for an hour but Ondrasek has just fired Dallas in front with a rifling drive from outside the area. The commentator loved that one.

Now San Jose have potted a 96th minute equalizer with Alanis hitting the target v Toronto. That one finishes 2-2.

It's a disappointing 0-0 in Orlando v Salt Lake with 20 minutes to go. All 4 games played earlier saw all 8 teams scoring but the Dallas + Orlando matches are thin on the ground for net ripples so far.

It's a goal. It's a goal. And what a goal. You won't see better in MLS for a long time. Paxton Pomykai ran half the length of the pitch like a gazelle, played a deft little one-two, picked it up again in the area and slotted home for 2-0 Dallas. If that was in the EPL he'd be all over Twitter now. What a fine goal.
It's all over in goalless Orlando and now it's all over in Dallas, but what a finish to the game.
Games at Nashville and Vancouver coming up and four more matches tomorrow.

TFC doing TFC things letting an extra time equalizer.
At least that was on the road.
Anyone tell me the parameters for the Leagues Cup with Liga MX... other than random invite? Toronto FC is in that, so more is good I guess.

Just found out NYCFC will be playing a couple of games at Citi Field, I just hope they don't ruin the field too much.

Toronto FC is in that, so more is good I guess. Didn't think it would go beyond last year's debut if I'm honest. It's got its critics in the US. It was invitees last year, I think, four MLS sides. This year it's results-based with Philadelphia, Salt Lake, Minnesota, LA Galaxy, Toronto, DC United, Portland and NYRB - the top four finishers East and West last season who are not involved in the Concacaf Champions League - whether they want it or not, it seems.
