Hundreds gather in Bristol this evening to kill the bill in solidarity with the travelling community. Let's hope the police don't turn it in to another riot. "Solidarity with the travelling community". Now I've heard everything!
What, you don't think members of the travelling should have rights? "We want to show solidarity with travellers who are targeted by this bill that will criminalise trespass. We also stand in defiance with other groups under threat including squatters, rough sleepers, protesters, hunt saboteurs, van dwellers, boaters" |

Daughter is back teaching her class online from home... Covid outbreak at her school.
This isn't gonna be over for some time yet. It's gonna be a long haul still to come.

Got my first dose two hours ago - AZ/Oxford of course!
Watch this space! My Mum had a bad time of it with her first dose (also AZ.)
I was annoyed that people who had appointment times later than mine were taken before me. Typical unorganised NHS.

Got my first dose two hours ago - AZ/Oxford of course! Watch this space! My Mum had a bad time of it with her first dose (also AZ.) I was annoyed that people who had appointment times later than mine were taken before me. Typical unorganised NHS. Man, you gonna be like this by tonight... and your ma is gonna be drinking in another room ignoring your screams and pleas for help.

Well, that was a lot less of an ordeal than I was expecting.
A wee bit of a headache now and during the right, but not worth taking a paracetamol over. Sleep not any more restless than usual.
Hopefully the next 24 hours won't be worse.
Can't see a thing though.

So I began my 13th week since my first dose and no news about my second shot yet. With Quebec's vaccination plan, it seems I may reach the 16th weeks limit and maybe I'll go beyond.  |

I've just booked myself in to have the same in 6 days time That's good to know sjg. Vaccination is doing wonders in the UK. Drastic reduction in deaths and cases. It might be possible that they will get away with third wave unlike mainland Europe who are in beginning of third wave. Mom and dad as well as uncles and aunts got vaccinated (oxford) in the last 6 weeks and they didn't see any major side effect. Mom had body ache and that lasted for only 1 day.

That;s rather strange. The time recommended between two doses ranges from 4 to 13 weeks for Oxford jab. For Pfizer it is 4 weeks I guess. So you should ideally get a call now.
