British people are morons. They need to be forcibly locked down it seems. They can't be trusted to be responsible.

We live 10 miles from there and saw it first hand. We couldn't believe it, we didn't get of the car and went straight back home.

Just before this all started happening though we acquired the lease to 7 acres of fields right next to us and moved our horses in so we've got plenty of space to walk which is great.

I have read it too. So far today I have taken 2 tablets of LEVOFLOXACIN + ORNIDAZOLE . I need sleep tonight to see how I will do tomorrow. I have electral powder. Look after yersen. Keep your fluids up, and yes take some electrolyte solution that you've got. Stay locked down. Update - I woke up again with fever but immediately took Paracetamol+ Aceclofenac combo and also the tablet for diarhea (was my 4th tablet for the same in 24 hours). Now my stomach seems to be holding well for the last 6 hours and fever has reduced. I am not feeling so weak today as compared to yesterday. Hopefully, this was just flu or something else. I am feeling better although a slight fever still lingers. I am still completely isolated and will remain for the foreseeable time.

I don't know what the guidelines are there... But here if you have any symptoms at all you are supposed to self-isolate for 14 days (not that I trust people here to be honest enough to self-quarantine).

Yes, I have updated my boss about the same as my company had emailed us that should anyone have any Corona like symptoms they keep their lead in light. I will continue to isolate myself even if I am completely fine.

They gave us VPN settings to get directly attached to company internet network. So tomorrow I would work as usual.

It is a disaster, an avoidable one. Every death in the UK is Johnson and his tory governments fault.

A simple message from overwhelmed hospital staff. They are putting their lives on the line, and dying... you are just being asked to stay at home and do fuck all. No more "it's not as bad as flu" "it's an overreaction". Just fucking do it!

I posted that a few hours ago on this thread. If that’s what things are like now, then we truly are fucked.

I read in an English newspaper that Germany is seeing very low death rate mainly owing to its excellent health care and a very high number of ICU beds per capita. Is that referring to the same?
