That is why when Lorraine tried to make out with him in the car, she suddenly pulled back & said "I know this is may not make any kind of sense, but, when I kiss you, it feels just like I am kissing my brother," & Mary replied "Believe me, it makes perfect sense."

Well, since they didn’t have sex and it was just a fantasy film anyway, like the fantasy aspect, the incest aspect doesn’t exist either. If he did get with his mom, L would have been innocent to it anyway. No way she would think a teen her age was actually her son. Marty held the ball in his court and he was entirely uncomfortable with Lorraine having the hots for him anyway.

Meeting her in the past doesn't negate the fact her future self birthed him.
