LOVE that show too! Thanks, again!! Me too. I like the guys, I like spotting all of the guest stars, I like traveling with them through early to mid 60s America, and I especially LOVE that Corvette!

In one of the episodes that takes place in Chicago and in the background of the window in the hotel room the guys are staying in you can see the cranes of the construction of the Marina Towers as it's being built.

Did YOU know that a lot of the episodes WEREN'T anywhere NEAR Route 66? Yes. I read that somewhere.... most likely on IMDb. At first, I was a bit confused, but not really disappointed

It was the i idea of Route 66,--seeing America, meeting different people, helping those in need, living, loving and all that--more than the long and lonesome highway itself. The title was more symbolic than literal.
