It's official gen z and millennials want old people to die because they don't care about climate change. I think it's mostly teens who are calling it this though. What are your thoughts on the boomer remover?

What are your thoughts on the boomer remover? It's also "removed" the following (based on what I've heard): major league sporting events, other various events with large gatherings- including the entire March Madness tournament, and school attendance (Maryland and Ohio- so far). Extreme measures, yes. But right now, it's an even more extreme situation that we're trying to avoid. Like in Italy, which recorded 200 deaths in a 24 hour period.

You can make anything trend with bots. Social media is the least trustworthy source around.

Gen Zs and Millennials are fine with "Okay, Boomer!" How is that any different than "Okay, [n-word]!" Try that and watch them go totally apeshit. Racism is sooooo horrible...but ageism is okay? If Gen Zs and Millennials think "Boomer remover" is fine...and funny...it just proves that they're ageist a-holes. Monk

Oh, let them have their laugh. It might be their last one before falling off a skyscraper or getting eaten by a lion while taking a selfie.

If Gen Zs and Millennials think "Boomer remover" is fine...and funny...it just proves that they're ageist a-holes. 99% of the idiots who use that phrase don't even know what a boomer is.... Millennials think anyone thats not a millennial is some how a baby boomer i.e. a "boomer". Despite the fact there are several generations between boomers and the vapid growing more clueless daily generation of morons labeled millennials. Perhaps there is a logical correlation between having immediate access to vast amounts of knowledge and information that seemingly results in millennials not retaining or comprehending or using that knowledge. However, it's odd to me that despite having the ability to quickly research any subject literally without even moving a few feet via their phones, millennials are by far the most ignorant unaware worthless generation overall at this point. Oblivious to even the most important events or historical figures that existed before they were shat out. Self important egotists despite contributing nothing of value at all to society as a whole. Hypocritical and hyperbolic and delusional yet lacking the creativity or wit or usefulness that would allow normal people to overlook those repugnant traits. Big business of every type profits from millennials knee jerk hive mind so I guess some people find a use for them but for the most part I doubt many of them will do anything of note. Sadly their generation won't even make a decent punchline in history as they are incapable of being funny even unintentionally. For well over a decade the go to "witty" rejoinder for all millennials was "cool story bro" when they wanted to anonymously run away and hide from their betters. Now a mere 20 years after a lone millennial created that amazing quip another lone mind has broken from the pack of millennial sameness and created their new go to phrase when inevitably their hypocrisy and nonsense has been exposed. Ladies, gentlemen and others who self identify as something else entirely I present to you the SECOND bon mot of the millennial generation. "OKAY BOOMER" Bask in it's brilliance as it's probably their last attempt at being memorable for quite a while. Snarky, smug, bitter yet contributing nothing at all while subliminally admitting defeat, I feel those 2 words brilliantly sum up their lost generation even better than their original contribution to history "cool story bro" did. Truly either would be a fitting epitaph to the gravestone of any millennial. Evidence suggests both phrases were actually created by ad men born in the 1940's but that's a subject for another day.

Gen z thinks of gen x as boomers. Gen X laughs at Gen Z's feeble attempts at trying to be cool and edgy.

I dunno, perhaps the fact that one of those words has centuries of hatred and violence associated with it, whilst the other one doesn't? Maybe people think that makes a bit of a difference?
