Didn't have time. But hey, Parts 3 and 4 take place the same weekend, so it's not over yet.
Was thinking about renewing my PS4 online subscription and playing the game.

You and 7 other players are dropped in a location from one of the movies, and one of you is Jason while the rest are camp counselors, who must either escape or team up to kill Jason.

That sounds fantastic. I'm out of the loop entirely, and I don't have a system or anything, but I feel like that would be a lot of fun.

This game does sound awesome, I haven't played almost anything PS4. I'm way out of the loop, but I got a lot of the systems made before it, lol. The game does sound like a very cool concept. I like multiplayer games but yeah, online gaming can give you some of the dumbest people known to games. I would play a campaign mode for that game though if it existed. I remember playing "The Thing" for PS2, which had a campaign mode of you and a rescue team going over the blown up Antarctica base from the movie. Not knowing the entire time who on your team might be human or might be The Thing. I thought it was a cool concept, at least. It was cool to see a video game play a direct sequel to a horror video game, too.

I'm almost certainly never going to buy a console, but I'd be into trying one of them out at some point if it doesn't get too involved. Otherwise I might have to see if I have any gamer friends with any of this stuff.

Having just done an exhaustive rewatch of the Paramount flicks back in September, I chose to just rewatch the remake.
Still not stupendous, but much more enjoyable than most of the other remakes we got from the era.

Today I got the cops called and waited for them to arrive (one of the means of surviving) only to have another counselor chase and run me over with a car right as I was escaping. But the good outweighs the bad. If you have some friends playing it helps.
