I've bought a cinema ticket for "Birds of Prey". Actually, I wanted to boycott this movie, but I like Robby and it is the best movie available for this Saturday.
Anyone else who is planning to see movie in theaters again?

Not in the audience hall itself (the next to seat on both sides are blocked). In the rest of the building: yes except for the food are I also intent to visits Frankfurt and some museums: here you need also mask and you may have to book your ticket (but there is not online ticket sale).

I have been to movie theatres a few times since they reopened here three or four weeks ago. Very few people in attendance, lots of space between them, so I think it's pretty safe.

Would one be able to have a sly wank without anyone noticing? Asking for a friend!

In principle yes - but I guess it depends on how discreet your friend is while wanking in public places. Is that an activity that he or she engages in often?

Well, hope you enjoy your trip. As for the movie, I couldn't finish Suicide Squad. Turned it off after 15 minutes, and I love Margot Robbie! Well, it's not for the joy, but as distraction. But thanks anyway. As for Suicide Squad: I know only the Director's cut, and it was as bad or good as the most Super Hero movie. The only one so far I couldn't go through was Guardian in the Galaxy. I mean: Avengers Endgame and or Infinity war is/are the most celebrated and successful movie(s). Main plot: A guy wipes out half of all life in the universe to save it from overpopulation. Math will tell you how idiotic this premise is: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exponential_functionBut he is one of the smartest being which ever existed... And then they solved it with time travel. If you have absolutely no idea how to fix your mess, you travel back in time. At least mainstream Hollywood does it that way. To make amends to logic they created a parallel universe, what also means that the suffering has never ended, they just failed their world, which is still there in its sorry state, and moved over to the new timeline. That is at least my basic conception of it.

Snapped - Jessica Hill.
I can't get enough of these - always some demented woman down on her luck who offs her husband/boyfriend, etc
'A man dies in an apparent freak accident, but soon his wife is accused of murder and more.'

I watched “Peninsula” yesterday at the IMAX theatre here in Montreal. That’s the follow-up to the fantastic Korean zombie hit “Train to Busan” from 2016. The sequel is also a high-octane thrill ride but it doesn’t quite reach the same heights as the original. Still, I am glad I had the opportunity to watch it on the big screen.

Come Back Little Sheba (1952) - nice little film with Burt Lancaster as a recovering alcoholic and his frumpy wife played by Shirley Booth. They take in a young lodger played by Terri Moore who Lancaster begins to idolise.
Booth and Lancaster are terrific.

I misspelled her forename, it's actually "Terry".

Wrong Turn
Fun flick.
To me what makes a good horror flick - one of the qualities is you're actually rooting for the protagonists to survive.
