I didnt get the rabbit scene, can someone explain please?
movie was ok, but not great, but had one really unique scene which made it worth it.
I am always impressed when someone find a way to bring something that feels new into an action scene. and the fireplace shot felt Very unique to me, have never seen it used like this before, has anyone?

The rabbit reminded her of the story her mother used to tell her that she relayed to "Don".

The rabbit reminded her of the story her mother used to tell her that she relayed to "Don". yes but it also seemed like the woman next to her disappeared or morphed into the rabbit? Was that some kind of symbolism or hallucination or metaphor? or did I just read into it?

No I don't think that happened. She was still there you just couldn't see her because of camera angle.

The rabbit reminded her of the story her mother used to tell her that she relayed to "Don". And to the fact that the rabbit always wins, meaning there are still players in the higher ranks that she will need to go after and kill (those two that were in the office with Athena).

Although, I believe you'll have a better time watching "Knives Out" or "Ready Or Not". "The Hunt" was average to say the least.
