It would be too dangerous. Unless she has an immaculate conception.

It would be too dangerous. Why would it be too dangerous?? An immaculate conception would not guarantee that her offspring would be incorruptibly good. Not by SW lore. Anakin was proof of that.

I think any possibility of a force sensitive child would be too dangerous since it could be manipulated by any force of evil and also may show interest in learning of it's Grandpa if Mother Rey ever makes it mad enough with her.

Interesting... But to what end would taking that position go? There’s a risk any Force sensitive child could go to the Darkside. So then what? Forbid them from having children? The Jedi tried that. Force sensitive children show up anyway (from parents who aren’t). The Jedi taught managing and mastering emotions and temptations that could lead to the Darkside. But when it came to procreating and romantic pursuits, it was forbidden. (As you suggest with Rey). But how did that really work out for them? Some Jedi pursued romance in secrecy. And banning Force sensitives from having children really serves the Sith more than the Jedi. The Sith only had two policies when it came to Force sensitive children: kill them off because they would be competition; and/or convert them to Darksiders in secrecy from the public. One of the Jedis biggest flaws may have been that they didn’t teach their students to manage romance and procreation to conquer the Darkside threats they could pose (just like they did with inner self), rather than banning/forbidding it. That’s my take on it anyways.
