Why? ; it's overblown by the media, that's just a hard fact.
plus, when you consider your chances of dying is 4% MAX and chances of living is 96%+ MINIMUM.
p.s. I hope you got some sort of flu variation? ; if not, don't get tested. it's a waste of peoples time if your not some level of sick.

With all due respect, this is the most misguided statement I have ever known you to make. More than 100,000 people have contracted the virus in the past two weeks and the worldwide death toll at this moment is 8787. It was less than 8000 yesterday. Better safe than sorry.

If you’re having symptoms, good on you to get the test. It’s totally understandable to be nervous, but remaining calm is important: stressing out can actually make these things worse. You’ll probably be OK, even if you have it. Remain calm, listen to everything the CDC is recommending, and you’ll get past this. If you need a shoulder to lean on, you can always PM me or, I’m sure, many of the folks here. All the best.

mainly chest congestion and fatigue. Talk to a doc, if possible. Yes, could be corona—but equally may not be.

I understand your nervousness, but try to stay calm. You didn't mention a high fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath which from what I understand are the big three symptoms. So hopefully you just have some nasty flu bug and nothing more. Best of luck, and sending good karma your way my friend.

Is it a given that you have a fever early on if you actually have it?
