2. Is it The Dick Van Dyke Show and The Andy Griffith Show? Both were produced by Danny Thomas and Sheldon Leonard. I think they both have roots in The Danny Thomas Show (or Make Room for Daddy).

Okay, this isn't trivia, but I thought it might be fun (or perhaps a challenge) to find a show(s) that takes place in every statin the U.S. it is not going to be "Scored", just send me the show and state it is in and I will add it to the main post so we don't have to post the entire list every time some one answers,no time limits either, put in as many as you like. when posting please Head your post "50 STATES". put the number, the state and the show you pick , to keep things separate from the regular trivia answers. I will edit and put your answer on the main post.
T.V. Shows filmed in each state.
I am going to give a lot of leeway in this one.The Tv. shows can be ACTUALLY filmed in the state(Like documentary type shows;nature shows; etc.) or set in a FICTITIOUS or REAL Place in one of the States, Multiple answers ok for each state maybe up to 3-4 to keep the list looking single-spaced tidy;but each state must have an entry and The Show(s)chosen must be listed on this IMDB site. COLOR CODES FOR EACH CONTRIBUTER: MRSEHJ = ORANGE SMILEY = RED JERVISTETCH = BLUE BRIMFIN = GREEN MARTIN = PURPLE
