Mark Strong, Christopher Eccleston, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Jovan Adepo, Tim Blake Nelson, Riz Ahmed(although after Night Of hes breaking out as well), Hugh Grant has gotten better. Those are examples of actors I can't judge because I haven't seen enough from them. I don't even know who Kelvin Harrison Jr. and Jovan Adepo are, at least by name. Hugh Grant has gotten better I agree. That was another question I have thought about asking - actors who have gotten noticeably better as they get older. Kevin Costner comes to mind as well.

I gotta disagree with you on this one. Outside of Find Me Guilty, Boiler Room and Saving Private Ryan he has no range at all and isn't very good with emotion or even delivering lines well.
