A number of viruses and sicknesses are literally named after their place of origin (lyme disease, noro virus, west Nile virus, etc).
Trump, who I can't stand and is a disgusting racist, referred to it as the China Virus and has been getting flack because it appears he's proud to have an instance to insult a group that is non-American but in reality, is it wrong to refer to this as the China virus?

Where ? Definitely not in Australia, New Zealand, or the UK - and I’ve never heard a “world official” call it anything other than CoronaVirus or COVID-19. The only world media, and world official I’ve heard say it is American, and specifically Trump. Why ? Fits his narrative perfectly doesn’t it. USA = Good, China = Bad. Just don’t mention Russia.

And Trump has had to respond daily with the unfolding of the outbreak.
Not always the best, but I would hate to think what it would look like today if he hadn't implemented those travel bans.

Russian collusion based on the most faulty dossier the FBI should have dismissed immediately and let to two years wasted.

I've followed you posts on politics here for a long enough time to know he could shoot your mother in the face and somehow you'd still support him. He fucked this up big time, not because of what he called it but because of how he'd rather conceal it to not take blame than be a leader proactively trying to stop its explosion.
