Catman BBC-code is indeed our friend ! MANY "edits" are avoided because BBC revealed trapped this and that's ! I could not get the multi quote trick to consistently work .. It's written down now and immortalized in this thread as well ! Thanks again!

CatmanMe again Can you do this and post from one thread to another ? or one board to another ? or is it just within a thread ? Again, I tried it to do it thread to thread and something's missing... the quote Can it be done ? I even opened two screens so both source and target were visible.

Not sure cross-thread multi-quoting is possible that way. ok then …. can cross that off my list of mysteries. The jokes he told were pretty funny even tho' I don't care for him much. When he picked up the stuff from the floor and fussed about the cleaning bill...
It's because it's a horse ! You can, however, copy the BBCode from each thread and paste it into your reply.

CatmanAdminthanks again.. shall find a quiet spot and practice again later … hopefully the urge to inter=thread multi-quote will have safely passed by then ! If you set BBCode as default, you can skip a step when copying and pasting those multi-page multi-quotes.
