I don't know about the near future, but it's likely that theaters will fade away in the distant future I'm sorry to say. Streaming services really seem to be taking over.

Or if not, probably would still be around for non-western countries without most streaming services.

I think movies theaters would probably be fine once the pandemic is over. Or if not, probably would still be around for non-western countries without most streaming services. Neither of those had anywhere near the impact of COVID. Movie theaters weren’t forced to shut down because of Ebola.
