hair. Did brush my teeth after breakfast this morning. I really don't feel like it, but guess I will. Pinky, I am about to have a full blown panic attack! I had been holding back for weeks ever since I learned of the COVID-19 OUTBREAK in China. Those lunatics on filmboards and President Trump made me think there was nothing to worry about as if I were a dumb bitch or something. I am now sitting here in one of the states on lockdown because I disregarded my instincts. I should have had the panic attack weeks ago and I would have been long gone and safe from this nightmare! I cannot even purchase a plane ticket now. I think I will probably die here in this wretched freaking city! It looks like a ghost town right now. Congress is farting around finding a solution while its citizens and medical professionals are getting infected and most are dropping dead like flies!

I apologise for flipping out on you about this. It is so hard to remain calm. I feel as though my life is in danger the longer I am trapped here. This outbreak is totally unnatural. It is a catastrophe is what it is.

Sit calmly and focus on slow breathing. 2. Panic is a natural response - fight or flight - but in this case, there's nothing to do except remain in place. 3. Hopefully you have some food in the house, so you will be okay. 4. The supermarkets are not having runs as they have before, so if you do have to get food, do so on an off hour. Wear gloves, wash thoroughly after unpacking, and wipe down all surfaces bags have been on. 5. Stream silly crap on TV, or watch dumb DVD's. 6. All inessential travel should be avoided, particularly on planes. If you need to talk to someone, try Facetime, or even just a plain phone call. It would also help if you had someone you trust and can confide in to talk to. SOmetimes unloading anxious feelings with someone we trust is helpful. 7. You can do this!!! Panic will get anyone nowhere. It's not called "panic" for nothing! Just so you know, my anxiety levels are high today, and I am having difficultly reigning them in. I may have half an edible later on to calm myself. Be well and get through this!
