did they kill her off? I thought she was a robot ... She sacrificed herself to set humanity free. Her mind was read and deleted by Rehoboam, but by doing so "he" also downloaded a sequence that shut Serac out, and handed the control over to Caleb, a human who was chosen by Dolores for his kindness and the capability to choose, the freedom of will. The reason why they searched and destroyed her mind was to retrieved the encryption key, but that was never in her mind. She had never the intention to wipe out humanity, although she was angry at first, but she also knew that liberation wasn't enough. Rehoboam was only prolonging, but not preventing the extinction of humanity. So with or without, humanity is doomed to die out. So it needed more then to liberate humanity. And that is why she always said that it would take both of them: her and Bernard (actually not a host, but the recreation of a genuine human mind), and he was entrusted with the key. In this simulated world of the host time passes much faster then in the real world, hence you have much more time to look for a path that ensures the survival of both: hosts and humans. The things is: she knew from the very beginning that she will die, and she has chosen this path in order to save humans and host alike. thanks bluerisk ..because I only watched first season some of the people mentioned I can't recall but sounds like she had inetersting story, is the show over for good?

thanks bluerisk ..because I only watched first season some of the people mentioned I can't recall but sounds like she had intersting story, is the show over for good? Renewed for a 4th season. But I will only watch it if Dolores returns. ERW will most likely return. But the OG Dolores seems to be gone for good.
