I already own one. It was part of a Bachman bundle book. I didnt even know it was pulled until I read it on the internet a decade after I read it.

Had totally forgotten about this one. It is part of that Bachman novel group, and recalling it now, yes--the subject matter is pretty horribly prescient. But for all that, I tend to be leery of the notion of suppressing written works out of fears that unbalanced individuals will be tipped into action by coming into contact with them; as King himself noted, there were those who might have accused him of mental illness for having had such an idea as the subject of a story. However, his essay on the subject ('Guns') touching on the things that underscored his decision to pull the novel makes for thought-provoking reading: daretobebetternow.files.wordpress.com/2018/01/guns-king-stephen-copy.pdf

Really?

I had a tattered copy of the Backman Books, which contained the story Rage. I had also read Rage before and thought it was ok, but not one that I really cared to reread again anytime soon. So I wasn't that worried about it. The Long Walk and The Running Man are better Bachman stories imo.

I'm pretty sure I have a copy of the Bachman Books but I just can't remember where, I never got around to reading it yet.
