Darth Vader = His own father.
The Empire represents the fascism that he feels being oppressed by his dad.
The prequels represent how Lucas likes to think that his parents were at one point beautiful.
The Emperor = his father's evil inclination that he must throw down a shaft.
Darth Vader's suite = the life support he unplugged his father from.

Yeah, the Star Wars movies are allegorical to Lucas's own life. His father wanted him to work in business, but George refused. He even ended up running his own business, Lucasfilm. I'm not positively sure on your take of the prequels, but it's very allegorical to various republics in world history giving power away freely to a strongman.
