There is 'wittingly" and "unwittingly," guess which you employ the most. With you it's always going to be "unwittingly". Always. 0/10

I am sure you will tell us. Was it lumberjacks? My lumberjacks could beat your scientists in intelligence tests, but no it was not lumberjacks. It was the schools I attended, their teachers, the grades they gave me and "standardized" intelligence tests given by those schools. The earliest ones were Stanford-Binet. Later I'm not sure what they used, but it was likely some combination of SB and Wechsler. And I have always maintained and noted that those are among many other valid ratings of intelligence. "If a man can sit by a lake all day holding a fishing pole, he is a genius if it keeps food on his table." Remember now? How many times have I said that? I don't know, but you certainly do tend to say a lot which sounds fishy.

"I'm not an atheist myself (agnostic)" "Agnostic" doesn't really mean what you probably think it means (not sure if there's a god) but rather a epsitemolgoical stance on a position. You can be agnostic atheist (I don't now there's a God, but I don't believe in one) and gnostic atheist (I know there's no God), gnostic theist (I know there's a God) and agnostic atheist (I don't for sure if there's a God, but I feel there is a higher power). Most atheists are actually agnostic atheists and many self descried "agnostics" are really atheists that either don't know what atheist means or dislike the term atheist because of it's association with antitheism and so called "fedora atheists" on the Internet: I know what agnostic means lol ( neither belief nor disbelief), But that's not at all what agnostic means.

They don't take religion seriously. They just look at it as a book of fairy tales for adults. Just look at the Atheist Experience, or DarkMatter2525. Atheist Experience is just a show where believers call in most of which don't know what they are talking about. As my mom said once, "Can you turn that down they sound mentally retarded." Then the hosts would say, "What's your evidence for this? This doesn't prove anything. Can you shut up already!" As for DarkMatter2525 his cartoons are getting very unfunny and embarrassing to watch.
And since the atheists don't take the Bible seriously they can't see the agenda that's being pushed. You need to study the Bible like you would perform an autopsy on a corpse.
www.joyofsatan.org/SLIB/ExposingChristianity/Jehova_A_Murderer_and_a_Liar_from_the_Beginning.html Why are you assuming this based on TWO examples of atheist platforms? For one thing, you’re assumption isn’t even supported in the two examples you gave. It may be your interpretation that these atheists are not taking religion seriously, but one might easily say the fact that they utilize the platforms that they do is an indication that they are taking it seriously (enough to address it openly). Secondly, even IF those particular atheists do not take religion seriously, what basis do you have to assume that other atheists do not. You just made a broad sweeping generalization of atheists with nothing to support it.

Evidently you don’t, because that’s not what it means. Agnosticism doesn’t say anything about belief one way or the other because gnosticism doesn’t address “beliefs”, it addresses “knowledge”. You can be an agnostic AND an atheist at the same time. The two positions are not mutually exclusive.

Definitely - an agnostic atheist would be one who doesn't know that a God/whatever exists, but doesn't believe there is one. I get what you're saying, and maybe belief/disbelief was a wrong choice of words (though the literal dictionary definition of an agnostic is someone who claims neither faith nor disbelief in God, so I'm being generous here).

If I may ask, do you believe in any God in particular? Even if you're open to the possiblity of God but your answer is no, then you are basically an atheist, albeit a "soft atheist" ("maybe there is a God but at that moment I don't really believe in one")

Though I still stand by my original positions on this, and don't think I was using agnostic incorrectly at all.

He would know what fish are bitting that date; what rod and reel to use; the correct bait; whether to sit on the shore or take out a boat; and when to call it a day. The genius fisherman reads books on fishing techniques and experiments to find the best methods. In other words, he’s educated himself. He does not just go sit by a lake all day holding a fishing pole if his family’s life depends upon his fishing skills. Faith by itself rarely puts food on the table.

Feologild OakesBut yet they don't believe in God so those atheist can't be doing all that good at the end of the day especially since they don't believe in prayer/sin etc, which lowers their chances of reaching Heaven. also, there is a difference between knowing stuff and actually living it in Christ half way decently (I am not claiming to be a expert here but you get the gist) and like Jesus Christ said, 'Without Me you can do nothing'. (NOTE: that's in terms of spiritual growth which regular prayer helps one grow in holiness as without the Sacraments (especially Eucharist/Confession) and regular prayer it's like trying to do things on your own, it won't end well. so right off the start atheists reject prayer which is one of the very basic things in reaching Heaven, as like I have said before... oxygen is to the body as prayer is to the soul ) p.s. I get we are all sinners, so no ones perfect. but at least Christians (especially Catholics since they are within the true church of Jesus Christ as it's the church He started with Peter (the first pope) and it went down through the generations til today) give themselves a higher chance of reaching Heaven than a atheist does to say the least when is all said and done.

Have noticed that the information that someone is an atheist or an agnostic never seems to come up unless a person is pressed by someone else with a religious agenda to pedal.
Ever had an atheist ring your doorbell and try to give you pamphlets ? Ever been button holed on a checkout line by an agnostic ?

www.joyofsatan.org/SLIB/ExposingChristianity/Jehova_A_Murderer_and_a_Liar_from_the_Beginning.html This reminds me of something that Joseph Smith once said. Or was it Charles Taze Russell, Mary Baker Eddy, L. Ron Hubbard, Robert Tilton, Kenneth Copeland, Jim Bakker, Jesse Duplantis, or Morris Ceruilo. It might even have been Jimmy Swaggart or Pope Francis.
"ONLY I KNOW THE CORRECT INTERPRETATION OF THE BIBLE. Follow me and do as I say. And don't forget to tithe, even if you have lost your job to Lucifer's Covid-19." Unlike the mentally retarded who normally call The Atheist Experience, why doesn't your mother give it a try. Then post when she called on this forum. All shows are archived and available for viewing. If I listen to her, perhaps I shall stop believing that the Bible is a bunch of Bronze Age fables.
She can start by answering this question: If the Bible is, "The Truth", why are there so many versions? (I include Quran, Book of Mormon as Bible versions.)
My friend said, "What rhymes with orange". I said, "No, it doesn't"
