How's your weight changed since the beginning of all this?
I'm probably down 2 or 3 pounds. Not really eating that much differently. I suppose I'm trying to get through the produce and not eating as much bread.

I don't have a scale, so I'm not really sure of any change. But, I don't feel it in clothes, or see it in a mirror. I like cooking/playing with recipes, but I'm not a big eater. I like small portions, and have a stick to a fairly basic diet.
My exercise has certainly diminished ... mea culpa, as I know how to move at home, and have done dancing workouts.
It's something to pay close attention to, though. Thanks for the reminder, weight can sneak up on you.

Over the holidays, 2 of my neighbors brought me home baked goods and I ate them so now I've gained a few pounds. Its easier to gain than to lose but I started dieting again and walking fast around the neighborhood. Alas, I tripped on a manhole cover in the middle of the sidewalk, I stupidly had my hands in the pockets of my hoodie so I landed on my forehead, I heard my head hit the concrete. I ended up with a huge lump on my head, 2 very black and swollen eyes, a very sore right shoulder and arm and a hairline fracture of my left knee. As a result of this, I'm not exercising now and for the first week I felt sorry for myself and indulged in overeating I will have to start strict dieting until I lose the added pounds but since WKD will start working from home next Tuesday, it will be much harder for me to not eat what I fix for him. Such is life. p.s. I'm sure the wickedkitties will "help" him with is work on the computer.

Like Divital,I don't have a scale.I get weighed every 3 months for my doc visit and I've been within about 3 lbs for the last 18 months or so.Being retired my routine varies very little so I imagine I'm right where I've been.

I feel like my max allowable is 185 lb, so if I'm at 187 a few days in a row I get pissed off.
Was looking at a wikiHow on losing weight over 1 day. Had a paragraph saying to eat fiber.
Later it had a graphic of things to avoid. Said to avoid fiber, and listed some of the same foods because fiber absorbs water.
All I know is today I've had a banana, cucumber, and salad today, and dinner is Brussels sprouts. If I'm 185 or less tomorrow, I'll pig out.

I hate to say it but getting sick at New Year's helped take off the extra pounds I put on over the holidays, since then I've been working out and my weight's staying right where it was before the holidays, and we've had SO many cookies, and candy since Valentine's Day, so I was surprised.

Getting sick Christmas week and taking a kick-ass 5-day dose of azithromycin may have gotten me over a decades-long bathroom problem. Amazing how fast I'm in and out now - I'd been in situations where I took so long that automatic lights have gone off and left me in pitch black. 2nd time I knew to have my phone. Or people wondered where I'd I'd disappeared to. Overdue for a colonoscopy, but I'm not doing it unless things go back to bad/normal.
