I mean, Tom Hardy's version, Mad Max II. Coming from the (post-apocalyptic) future like Rachel Summers/Phoenix, Cable, Bishop and X-Man. Make him an Avenger. That would be 100% great. Enjoy my hard work if you want: THE MAD MAX TIMELINEmadmaxtimeline.blogspot.com/The original trilogy: "Mad Max" (1979), "Mad Max 2" (1981) aka "The Road Warrior" and "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" (1985). Of course, "Mad Max: Fury Road" (2015) is an alternate universe, so there's a standalone timeline only for it. I think you will enjoy my timelines and articles, because they truly explain a lot about the two 'Maxes' and their worlds.

He seems more like someone who would exist within the future of LOGAN. Like 10-20 years afterwards somewhere in Australia.

FURY ROAD is a supreme masterpiece which trascends genres and centuries. The MCU flicks are just popcorn fun movies for teenagers. But I was talking about the character...

Why? It's a very cool idea. Because Mad Max is set in it's own unique universe and we have distinct futures where the X-Men characters come from, also aren't Cable and Bishop from different time periods? and Mad Max isn't even set that far into the future is it, 40-50 years, and the state of the Mad Max world is due to the near depletion of fossil fuels which creates panic and war, that doesn't vibe with the Marvel universe where moving past that is quite easy, and they have other issues such as the mutant race making the human race extinct.
As a one shot or limited comic run then maybe it could be fun, but also probably not, I mean who cares about a guy in a car when people can fly, shoot lasers out of their body, teleport, control all metal and stuff?
I could see a one shot idea like what if Mad Max become the next Ghost Rider as the host for the spirit of vengeance or whatever the entity is.

Are you asking whether it would actually ever happen or could it work creative wise? It's never going to happen, but it could be A LOT of fun.
It could be pretty easy if Marvel ever decided to do one-offs or spinoffs that were technically a part of their shared universe, but didn't really play a part of the larger storyline. As someone mentioned above, like Logan or some other futuristic storyline.

Perfect? Not exactly. He isn’t exactly the superhero type.

Perfect? Not exactly. He isn’t exactly the superhero type. He would be a cross between Punisher and Cable in the Marvel universe. Post-apocalyptic warrior from the future.

This is just so...random.
Why don't you create one of those fan-fiction timeline projects you enjoy so much for the MCU instead? That should keep you busy for a while.

Yes and not. He got reflexes! Hum, well okay. He has almost superhuman reflexes, stamina and his driver abilities. He can fight with a vast range of weapons, in a "new" way, almost tribal, because he comes from a post-apocalyptic Australia. Max is a very complex character.

People would get him confused with the Punisher.
"It's the Punisher driving a car!"
