Yes, sir, I'd try to eat all of that in one go, I reckon. I wouldn't slice the steak before eating, though, and I'd leave the long bone on. It'd be part of the whole experience for me. What a treat. The guy is good when he says about 'playing with your meat' - flip it a couple of times, nick it once to see how it's doing inside and that's it, no prodding it, feeling it up, waltzing it around the pan while your other arm is held out flamboyantly behind your back like Ainsley Harriot used to do, although he was a funny guy, but he did that with everything, steaks, stir-frys, fish. I bet he didn't do it in his his own kitchen away from the camera, though. Top man. Thanks for the intro to Forgione, I see he has a whole host of short videos to watch nutsberryfarm 🏜
