What really burns my bones is people have to watch over their loved ones dying of cancer or a pulmonary disease, and they might not be able to see or talk to their loved ones because of the isolation. Fuck-Covid_19

As Catman understands it, if a person is terminal, special accommodations are made to allow relatives to visit. At least that's how it works at nursing homes in Iowa.

Even patients going through major surgeries and are bedridden in a hospital do feel better with visitors, and that can help in recovery time.

Even patients going through major surgeries and are bedridden in a hospital do feel better with visitors, and that can help in recovery time. The local hospital requires anyone visiting patients to pass a health test (no fever which they take at the door, a few simple question), only two (the same two throughout the hospital stay), and no children under 18. And if the patient is terminal, they will allow more and younger visitors provided they can pass the health test.
