One of the greatest WS. Two incredible 9th inning comeback games at Yankees Stadium. The President threw out the first ball in game 3. Game 7 definitely a classic, considered even by this Yankees fan here. Yankees were 2 outs away from 4-peats. The bad throw from Rivera to Jeter set up that 9th inning. Terrible loss. Yankees fans can get consolation by the fact they already won 4 of the last 5 years. Great starting pitching from Schilling & Clemens. Alfonso Soriano almost a hero with go ahead HR. Schilling & Johnson were co-MVP. I think Johnson should have won the MVP himself. Randy Johnson was simply awesome in this series, especially the final two innings in relief in this final game. The game had so many tension filled moment that it is a must watch for any baseball fan who never saw it.
