A look at the latest direct-to-DVD effort from Bruce Willis. Must be not much of a film to have a 1 hour, 20 minute run time. Bruce probably showed up and cashed his check for about a few day's work.

He's gone the way of Nic Cage and it makes me sad.

Maybe he didnt like what corporate studios were offering him. At least with the low budget films he isn't doing a superhero or franchise character.

Yeah, but it's not like he's not doing franchise movies because he works with Scorsese, Terrence Malick,or some interesting new director, he makes movies that next to no one sees

He's gone the way of Nic Cage and it makes me sad. Make a theatrical action movie with those two ASAP. I'd watch the hell out of it.

He's not the only one. Actors that are "washed up" but nevertheless recognizable can work out a contract with a given company to appear in so many movies and just show up for a cameo. Sounds like a good racket.

And what is he going to do the rest of the time? Die Hard?

Just had this discussion with my Dad. We watched "Trauma Center" from 2019. Which was okay. He said He wouldn't win any awards for his acting in this. I told him well he doesn't really make those kinds of movies anymore.
As much as his recent filmography is B movie lite I still enjoy them.

Motherless Brooklyn is quite good. He gets whacked early on though since the lead is Edward Norton.
