Based on IMDb's Advanced Search (for more info on how to use it see my "p.s." section at the bottom of this post)... Sticking strictly to 3hrs+ (or 180min+), based on IMDb's Advanced Search, my top movies are...1)The Green Mile (1999) - 8-8.5/10 2)The Irishman (2019) - 7/10 (although since this is recent I have only seen it once so far)
Sticking strictly to 2hrs30min+ (or 150min+), based on IMDb's Advanced Search, my top movies are...1)Braveheart (1995) - 10/10 -)Once Upon a Time in the West (1968) -)The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) 4)The Green Mile (1999) - 8-8.5/10 5)Meet Joe Black (1998) - 8/10 -)Gladiator (2000) -)Scarface (1983) 8)Ford v Ferrari (2019) - 7.5-8/10 -)Django Unchained (2012) -)The Departed (2006) -)Casino (1995) 12)The Irishman (2019) - 7/10 --)The Lone Ranger (2013) --)The Aviator (2004) --)Pulp Fiction (1994) --)The Song of Bernadette (1943) 17)The Hateful Eight (2015) - 6.5-7/10 --)American Gangster (2007) Honorable Mentions(i.e. 6-6.5/10's): Troy (2004)/Contact (1997)
NOTE: there are more movies in the 2.5-3hour+ time frame I mildly like but I only listed movies that stand out for me in general as movies that stand out for me the most tends to see the most re-watches as a general rule. like I have mentioned before in the past... movies I score a 7/10 or higher tend to see at least one re-watch every 3 years or so and some being more often than that. also, there used to be some movies that would have made the above list but they have since fallen off.
p.s. those who have a IMDb account can easy check for this stuff by going here... www.imdb.com/search/title/ ; scroll down to 'Runtime' and in the first box if you want to check strictly with 3 hours+ rated movies just type in the number '180' (without the ') and then scroll down to where it says 'Your ratings' and select 'Restrict to Titles I've seen' then press ENTER or click the 'Search' at bottom of page (if one wants to further make it a bit easier by ones own rating after you click the 'Search' on the next page where it says 'Sort by:' click 'Your rating'). if you want to use 2.5hours+ as a standard just adjust that 180 number back to 150. that makes things much easier
