The team seems to be based on bulk accumulation of awards and honors in the decade.

Brees: 0 League MVPs, 7x Pro Bowls, 0 First-Team All-Pros, 2x Second-Team All-Pros, 0 Super Bowl Championships (he technically won in the 2009 season).

Rodgers: 2x League MVPs, 7x Pro Bowls, 2x First Team All-Pros, 1x Second-Team All-Pros, 1x Super Bowl Championship, 1x Super Bowl MVP

I'm not saying I agree, but these kinds of awards and honors seem to be the main criteria for the list, not passing stats.
