Cereal, naturally. it makes more sense this way since you can put in the amount of cereal you want and then adjust the milk to it accordingly where as if you do it the other way around, with milk first, it's going to be harder to adjust things properly. so I am not surprised the poll is 10-0 in favor of Cereal first.
