Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train has a pretty extensive tennis match.
Kubrick's Killer's Kiss has some boxing stuff.
Pulp Fiction also has the boxing match, but you never see it. You just see Bruce Willis leaving the locker room, your hear the radio announcers and the crowd, and then you hear about it afterwards.

Does anybody remember the Schwarzenegger movie The 6th Day?
It was actually pretty decent. Maybe the best movie at the end of his prime career years. But it started with some dude being declared the XFL's first 100 million dollar quarterback.
Then there's also that absurd but fun arena type football scene in Starship Troopers.

Here's a link to a post I made with a ton of sports scenes from non-sports movies (some of which I've repeated already in this thread).

The great Ed Wood has a scene at a pro wrestling match where Ed discovers Tor Johnson. Now wrestling isn't a real sport, but the movie sorta implies that this match is real when his opponent comes into the locker room to tell him he will 'Get him next week.'

Big Fish has that montage of Ewan McGregor/young Albert Finney being great at everything, which includes being a baseball, basketball, and football star.
