one of the funniest films I've seen as well as one of the best theater experiences I've had.

When I go to a movie I go to enjoy myself but for some reason I just couldn't get into this film.

Yes, Farty. It is. And I quite liked the sequel as well. Thank you! Someone else likes Dumb and Dumber To, I knew it!

Yes. Scenes still make me laugh just thinking about them. Just stick to the theatrical.

It's my favorite comedy of all time. The theatrical cut, that is, not the bastardized unrated cut.
Off the top of my head I can think of countless lines from the movie and I smile to myself like an idiot.
"You know, Lloyd, just when I think you couldn't possibly be any dumber, you go and do something like this ... and totally redeem yourself!"

Yes one of the funniest films I've seen as well as one of the best theater experiences I've had. How so? I had never been in a full movie theater with everyone laughing uncontrollably at the same time. There was a bit of churning where laughter beget more laughter. By the time the toilet scene came up, the theater collectively was on the verge of peeing in their pants. The movie was also timed perfectly because the scenes proceeding a really funny scene were cool down moments as if to wait for people to calm down

Yea it holds up as still pretty funny. One of the best comedies ever I'd say.

"Extra gloves???"
One of those movies I can see a hundred times and still laugh at the same parts. I absolutely loved it.
I mentioned in a different thread that the friendship between Lloyd and Harry is so well done...both writing and acting. Despite that they're both idiots, they're friendship comes off as very genuine. Both characters are funny, but they are at their best together.

Case in point the added bits in the truck stop scene...

The theatrical cut is still a movie I can watch anytime and laugh throughout. The unrated cut is something I will never see again.

Was Cam Neely (Sea Bass) a good hockey player?

In my opinion yes. I also like many other films with Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels.
