I have hated Matt Damon ever since I saw video of him screaming at a college girl like a complete lunatic.

I have hated Matt Damon ever since I saw video of him screaming at a college girl like a complete lunatic. I never thought one way or another about Whoopi Goldberg or Rosie O'Donnell but because of their hatred of Trump and all things conservative I hate both of them and will not watch one second of them on TV or in the movies.

I used to like Robbie Coltrane, he was great on Cracker, but some years ago I came across an interview with him which made me lose all respect for him as a person. He talked about what a tough Glasgow neighbourhood he came from and how hard growing up there was. Then he started pointing out what a tough guy he became because of that, implying that other people who hadn`t made this kind of experience were just a bunch of pussies. It was such boorish and bad behaviour that I felt sorry for the poor interviewer. He kept whining on about how difficult his life is even today with getting older and having all kinds of issues. He also talked about the Harry Potter franchise and pointed out how dumb owls are as opposed to their image being the symbols of wisdom, since he had worked with those animals as Hagrid. He didn't have one single positive thing to say about anything in the entire interview. Overall he came over as an embittered and ungrateful person, almost like an unpleasant fat bully.

Wow that's surprising.

Whoopie and Robin and Billy Crystal acting yes ! But ad libbing or in a "comedy special" together ... no thanks. They bring out the worst in each other.
Steve Tyler and Madonna nearly copulating on stage at a music awards show of some sort ... ugh !

My attitude about her has changed so much since the 90s. I don't like her so much anymore. I suppose it doesn't help that people are constantly citing her as the best of the best. Give it a rest.

While occasionally my impression of a actor/actress may have been tarnished, I can't think of much that had a major swing for or against someone after they spoke about random politics etc. but for example... Robert DeNiro. I would say my overall opinion of him has declined (but between Pacino/DeNiro I always thought Pacino seemed like a better all-around person and this is pretty much confirmed after DeNiro spews his hatred for Trump) but it's not to the point I won't watch his movies if I think the movie will be good. so basically even before knowing someones politics... if I did not care for someone, it's typically going to stay that way. if I like someone and they have been in good movies, it typically going to stay this way to. p.s. but someone like Ashley Judd is definitely messed up after seeing her spew all of that vile crap on a YouTube video a while ago... www.youtube.com/watch?v=JF-MMz61Wjo ; because decent people just don't act/talk like that (guys will avoid that like the plague as people like this are toxic to family). but even prior to seeing that I kind of had more of a neutral opinion of her, but that definitely put it towards the negative now. because while I get Hollywood is left politically, as long as someone is not TOO far left they can be at least okay. like those who rebel hard against anyone on the right, tend to be the more radical types which are toxic for society. SandmanHell, I never thought much of them straight up as I was more on the neutral-to-negative side of things (I would say I generally avoided them). but with all of the Trump bashing etc it just puts more nails in their coffin dirtypillowsShe's always been very overrated as her overall presence is lacking which keeps her out of the upper-echelon in my mind (she's more of the technical/dry kind of acting and lacks charisma and the like). because when is all said and done... it's not difficult to find another actress who's got a better all around presence. but the academy treats her like she walks on water and seems to consider her the measuring stick of great acting for actresses. but like I say her overall lack of overall presence keeps her out of the top actresses if you ask me. like she's not crap but far from #1. but I think many average people just blindly believe anything the Oscars say as gospel instead of thinking for themselves. because take a whole bunch of random people and ask them which actresses do they generally like seeing in random movies (like from now all the way back to the old days), I can't imagine Streep would rank that high for many people. collectively I am confident she would be ranked lower, if not much lower, than what the Oscars think of her as they put her on a pedestal like she's the measuring stick for great acting and is untouchable. it's sort of like on the male side of things with Daniel Day-Lewis as while he's decent in some roles, he's clearly overrated overall as there are plenty of other actors who got a stronger all around presence than he does and not to mention appeared in better movies to as like I have been saying for a while now it does not matter how great someone claims a particular person is, if they fail to land in movies people remember, they will be mostly forgotten with time.

Mel Gibson. Liked him before his multiple meltdowns. Now I don't care to see his movies.
