I gave up on basketball and football a few years ago but was a Lakers and Raiders fan. I'm also a Red Sox fan.

Rams/Lakers/Redwings/Cardinals and to lesser extent Angels/ Galaxy Normally I'm watching baseball all the time. I watch the Sox games and record other games so I can watch them after. This is killing me. Do you still watch a lot of teams besides your teams? Do you still "cheer" for your home team?

I do.
I'm in Ontario, Canada.
So, for NHL, one would think I'm a Toronto Maple Leafs or an Ottawa Senators fan....or even a Detroit Red Wings fan (just over the border from Windsor, ON). However, I am a proud Montreal Canadiens fan.
For the CFL (Canadian Football League), one would think I'm either a Toronto Argonauts, Hamilton Tiger Cats or an Ottawa Redblacks fan. However, I am a proud Saskatchewan Roughriders fan.
For MLB, I am a die-hard Toronto Blue Jays fan. I was on the Chicago White Sox bandwagon for a few years, but my loyalty has changed back to the Jays. Since there are no National League teams in MLB (anymore), I have changed my loyalty to the San Diego Padres. I mean, I would watch the Montreal Expos if they were on TV.
For NBA, I am a big Detroit Pistons fan. I mean - I will watch the Toronto Raptors if they are playing, and nothing else is on TV.
To go completely off the board:
I am also a big Milwaukee Admirals fan. They are the AHL affiliate of the Nashville Predators of the NHL.

NFL.
Until I was 11 or so, I liked the Bills. Buffalo is Toronto's US tv network gateway. I began noticing flocks of Canadian fans at Foxboro Stadium when they'd play the Bills, & they (Atlantic Canadians) seemed to be having so much more fun. Parcells signed, Bledsoe was drafted for video game style offense... I quit the Bills, & started really learning about the sport as a Patriots fan.
Ty Law is my fav all time.
Toronto should not & cannot have an NFL team. There's simply not enough time & money here. NHL, NBA, MLB, MLS, & the Canadian hub for most international sports circuits. We're fine.

Yes.
Pittsburgh Penguins. I have been a fan since the early 90s. I am Finnish, so none of the NHL teams are affiliated with my home country.

Other than the Cowboys no. Used to be a Mavs fan until the Raptors showed up.

Although to be fair I was born in LA, so technically Rams/Lakers/Angels/Galaxy are my home squads.

Also, when I was younger, I adopted the Oakland Raiders and Oakland A's as my "American League" teams.

Not really, come to think of it. Perhaps the San Antonio Spurs back in the Tim Duncan years.

Every sport team I like is affiliated with a different state. I live in Ohio and my favorite baseball team is the St. Louis Cardinals, my favorite football team is the Buffalo Bills, and my favorite basketball team is the San Antonio Spurs.
