1960: the Red Sox looked into to replacing Fenway Park

I know most of this thread aren’t in anyway invested in Cricket, but part of what makes our game so great is the historical landmarks most of our stadia are. The first Test match between Australia and England was played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in 1877. The two nations will play there again in a few years, on exactly the same patch of grass. Sydney and London (2 seperate grounds) share a similar history. Baseball needs a historical masthead - nowhere better than Fenway IMHO.....
