It’s rumoured that Joss Whedon met with Marvel about the Fantastic Four reboot. It’s also been reported that John Krasinski has met with Marvel about future MCU projects, and it’s speculated that it could be Fantastic Four. So, who should direct the reboot?

Of the two, Joss Whedon would be better. However, I actually think Brad Bird would be the best option.

I thought Joss got cancelled?
I mean, he'd probably be better either way. We know he can write superhero teams. And nothing about A Quiet Place screams "Fantastic Four!"
As for others, I kinda think Sam Raimi could be a better fit for this than Dr. Strange. We know he loves science experiments gone wrong. On that note, how about Leigh Whannel?
